And Chocolate Fudge

Place in large heavy pan
 4 1/2 cup sugar
1 large can evaporated milk 
Place in large mixing bowl
1/2 lb butter
18 oz semi-sweet choc drops 
cook sugar and milk to boiling and boil 6 minutes stirring well

It WILL burn if you don't stir constantly
pour over butter and chips 
Mix
 
add 4 T vanilla

If making Fudge, place marshmallows and/or nuts in a buttered cake pan, place aside. 
Once the chocolate mixture is complete, pour it over the cake pan. 
Cover and chill. 
When firm, cut into squares.
