The people have heard
doublespeak for so long the truth has become a foreign language

We as citizens-as Americans living under the many benefits of this great
nation-have the responsibility-if not the obligation to be informed about
issues that impact all life-when we support these issues it is mandatory
|
An opinion unsubstantiated, is merely
recitation
|
A man is not the sum of his
talent or abilities, nor is he the person he is capable of being, he is
the person he chooses to be
|
Man claims superiority over the
animals, saying it is his intellect and his soul that puts him above the
rest, yet man retorts to be only human when he doth transgress
|
"God Bless
America!" I submit, God blesses ALL his children and a passport nor
citizen papers are required.

I
often hear the exclamation, "I am not choosing sides." I find that
not only cowardly, but also hypocritical. There comes a time when the
issue demands you not to a choose side, but choose to take a stand
|
I try to avoid what I call the
'Partisan Vortex' -- debate where people duel by slinging the arrows of
labels, loaded with partisan bias.

The 'Springer effect' is what I call
it when the sins of one president or individual is found to be factual and
the response is to point to the greater transgressions of the other
individual or the other party.

Women have succeeded in becoming equal to men; by
lowering themselves |
